July-2006: Put out food out on the cover of our hot tub, for the outdoor cats. Then had to provide shelter, since a mocking bird would dive-bomb the cats whenever they were not looking up. Gray, the female, would get a lion's share of the food. The other cat, Tux, appeared to have a a karmic Kick Me sign written on his/her forehead.

Then one day, Tux became assertive - hogging most of the food. The issue of gender was resolved when it became apparent that she was going to be a parent. We put out kitten food, which Gray turned up her nose at, leaving more for Tux.

30-Jul-2006: Kittens visable just outside the bathroom window, overlooking the side yard. We assume the father is Moo Cat.
