I think the kits that Ken has are very early and oriented toward MVS.

Also, look at Martin Richards' links at http://www.cl.cam.ac.uk/users/mr/
He has a much-updated BCPL compiler, ready-to-run under Linux..

I've not seen a BCPL prepared just for TOPS-10, but I'll bet someone
has done the bootstrap at some time or another..

There was certainly BCPL for TOPS-10. I did some "interesting" systems
programming in at one stage before moving on to BLISS-10 as my
prefered language. (I'm already anticipating the comments about
my lack of taste :-)
