I don't even want to think about writing a real emulator (to run TOPS20 code) but this thing is more like a WinX command prompt replacement. If you run it, it (can, depending on setting) simulate a '20 starting up, and supports a handful of common commands. It will run external programs, do directory listings, run a SYSTAT, and execute batch files (both OS-native .BAT and TOPS-20 .CMD files). My intent was to make something that looks and feels like TOPS-20, but lets the user get real work done on a modern WinX PC. Attached is a screenshot and the readme file.
